PROJECT OVERVIEW
PROBLEM
Too many keys to your house are floating around that allow unauthorized access to your valuables.
SOLUTION
OPENDOOR provides a bluetooth connection that allows the admin to generate a password for the guest as she approaches the locked door. The password can remain infinitely active or for a variable set time. This solution works perfectly for B&Bs, roommates, small businesses, or individuals that hoard a pirates worth of booty.

Low-fi, hi-fi mockups using Adobe Illustrator, Sketch and Adobe XD; email campaign and Web site using WordPress.
PERSONAS
In this case, personas were created based on a few assumptions: AirBnB owner, Roommates, Workshop Studios. These individual need to temporarily grant access to their valuables without the inconvenience of being present.

With only 12 hours to create a working app, it was evident that the discover and define process required urgency. Once the personas were defined, we were able to wireframe, mockup, and build the app with all team members present.
Onboarding User Flow
We strived to make the onboarding process as short as possible. It became clear that the shorter the onboading process, the more likely the user would stay engaged to unlock their valuable and enjoy the experience.
