PROJECT OVERVIEW
PROBLEM
Big box stores like Walmart and Amazon are over-shadowing the neighborhood mom and pop shops. Customers are overwhelmed with time constraints.
SOLUTION
Allow customers to window shop retailer inventory at their convenience to initiate foot traffic and sales.
ROLE
Lead iOS UX/UI designer and business coach.
TOOLS
Low-fi, hi-fi mockups and prototyping using Sketch; Redlines using Craft/Invision, Web site using WordPress; email campaign using MailChimp.
PERSONAS
Personas were created on local retailers and customers. Local retailer personas were based on mom and pop shops who had very little foot traffic. Customer personas were based on time-constricted shoppers who wanted to support local business.
